Sept 9 Willington Conn to Exeter New Hampshire

Left our Willington Campsite at approx 11:00 this morning ..  Ms Garmin is projecting arrival time at our next site at approx 2pm .. so .. we’ll take a leisurely drive .. no rush .. Made a stop a New Hampshire Welcome Center to have a bathroom break .. pick up some brochures .. and take a lunch break ..  Arrived at our campsite pretty close to 2pm …  site is a back in site .. a little tight in that other trailers are around us … good thing site is pretty wide .. so we were able to back in with no issues …  Good news … site has wifi service .. and  cable TV hookups !!!  Tg’s checking out brochures for tomorrow’s adventures .. we’ll be staying here for 3 nights …. First order of business is to find a place to eat for supper … we’ve been having sandwiches for lunch .. and we didn’t bring too much food with us .. we’ll be stopping for groceries pretty soon !

Dinner at a local BBQ joint ..  good stuff !

Sept 8 Trip to New Hampshire

Heading to New Hampshire for a few weeks … this will probably we our longest trip yet .. should be back home Sept 26 !  More than likely this will be our next to last trip with Casita this year …

Wed Morning .. left house at approx 10:00 …  first stop will be in Willington Conn …  Good driving weather .. sunny day ..no sign of rain in the forcast ..  We’re planning on cutting down on our daily driving time on this trip .. first portion of our trip will probably be our longest drive .. approx 3 1/2 hours ..  21o miles .. No driving issues .. arrived at our site at approx 3pm … very  rustic campsite ..  Moose Meadow Campground  .. seems as though season is winding down for campsites .. not too many campers on site .. our campsite was in a grassy field .. with only 2 other trailers …   another section of campsite had more trailers ..  the night was very dark and quiet .. hardly any noise at all …  almost spooky..  Check in time at our next site isn’t until 2pm .. and it’s only a 2 hour drive .. so we are in no hurry to leave our campsite …   We never unhitched trailer when we arrived .. so leaving campsite will be pretty quick and easy ..
